By day the sunbeams stream through the bay window; by night, with the lamps turned low, the fire roaring, it is the perfect place to chat or watch a Netflix blockbuster on the Smart TV.

Across from the lounge you will find the attractive and stylish kitchen/diner. Preparing meals in this lovely kitchen is a joy, and you can dine in style and admire the beautiful views down into the valley.

To the rear of the kitchen is a utility and boot / dog room. A door from the utility room takes you into the bike store, and then into the games room which features a snooker table, assorted puzzles and board games.

From the lounge you will find the original stone stairs leading upstairs, where you will find three comfy bedrooms. The first room has a king-size bed, and two large windows looking out across the garden and glorious views of the fells. The second bedroom has an en-suite shower room and sits to the front of the house. There is also a cosy twin room with wattle and beamed walls.

The spacious bathroom features a fine claw foot roll top bath with shower over and WC.

Heading outside the landscaped grounds are perfect to relax in, with paths taking you through the various areas and levels. Grass, gravel, shrubs and trees, along with a little tumbling beck, a small natural unfenced pond, an old beehive barn and beautiful views all combine to make a peaceful and relaxing space.
