With patio windows for viewing your stunning surroundings, and within easy reach of the excitement of Kendal, there’s plenty to explore in the immediate area of this working farmland.
Step onto the decking and then up two more steps to enter the studio layout of the dwelling, home to everything you could possibly need for your stay.
Settle down your belongings and take a seat on the sofa bed, doubling up as an extra sleeping spot additionally to the double bed in the room if you’re adventuring with a friend.
Let the idyllic sounds of the countryside breeze be the soundtrack to your holiday as you open up the patio doors whilst preparing a tasty treat in the kitchen area; home to an electric hob, microwave and a fridge/freezer, it holds all the essentials you could need when you’re not enjoying the eateries of the local area.
The snug dining area in the room makes a great spot for reading as the fresh breeze of the countryside fills the room, as well as posing as a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee when you’re not sat out on the private decking beneath the warmth of the sun.

Had an amazing time staying at The Paddocks!! We visit the Lakes often for weekends away and this was the best holiday home we’ve stayed in for a long time. Amazing location for getting out into the Lakes walking and such a lovely place to come back to in the evenings!
Beautifully designed and thought out holiday home with everything we needed for a great stay. The owners were so welcoming and friendly, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Loved the eco touches of refillable hand soap and washing up liquid bottles. Will definitely be coming back asap!

It's beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It's very warm and cosy. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I very much enjoyed my stay and shall recommend it to friends and family.

Explore your local surrounding by foot to truly soak in your countryside surroundings, or take a scenic car journey to Kendal where you can find a plethora of attractions for all ages ranging from a golf club to an enticing museum; it makes a fabulous day trip.
A historic market town with a fine reputation for shopping, Kendal nestles on the banks of the River Kent and is known as the Southern Gateway to the Lakes. Its old cobbled lanes and byways branch off the attractive main street, and the stone ruins of 12th century Kendal Castle sit perched on a hill with views over the town.
Visit The Abbot Hall Art Gallery, its regular collection holding portraits by Kendal born George Romney and works by Turner and Ruskin, with other exhibitions through its links with the Tate.
