The cottage was beautiful and well equipped. There was a lovely cake and a bottle of fizz on arrival. The owner phoned me the night before to say if we weren't working on the Friday we could go in earlier.I haven't ever had that option before. I'd highly recommend this property I can't imagine you would be disappointed with your stay. Just book!

Wow what an amazing stay we had everything was just perfect. The cottage is stunning and the restoration has been completed with total love and to the highest standards. The little things such as Kathryn, milk, coffee, tea, cake, hand washes etc made us feel at home straight away. The location although very rural is only a short drive to Bowness-on-Windermere is truly beautiful and would recommend the journey.

Lovely characterful cottage in a peaceful location but close enough to amenities and popular walking spots. The cottage is spacious and there are three great sized bedrooms to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the property.
